Liz set up in business for herself after over 30 years in HR in both the private and public sectors.

Her pragmatic approach helps her take the business acumen and breadth of vision acquired in national and local companies and adapt it to the small business arena. Liz is a natural facilitator who enjoys the challenge associated with the varied demands of small business HR and is delighted to be able to offer practical solutions that put strategy into practice, empowering her clients and permitting them to focus on their businesses without worrying about recruitment issues, contracts or the minutiae of legal compliance.
